PJ Dojo report Part 1 : "Channeling" and "Inspiration"/PJ道場レポートパート1:“チャネリング”と“インスピレーション”

Yesterday's Dojo was a "channelling" about the "Law of attraction".
Because the informations can be interesting for all the readers I decided to publish in this blog a detailed report about the main points that came out.

At the beginning of the session, to introduce this idea of
"channelling", I first presented the difference between what I call
"Inspiration" and "Channelling". Here is my personal experience of this difference :

In fact we are all "channeling" life naturally because we are part of
the "whole" universe and we are in a large part "remote controlled" by an unknown principle of Life. Why do our heart beat? How do our liver work? How does the breath come in and out? From where do our
ideas come from? We try to explain it but we do not know and will never know because it is not useful... To know why the wind happens is certainly less important
than knowing how to use it for a better life. Don't you think so? Better to have food to eat than to know where does the food originate ultimately...

So we channel 24h a day. But those "hints" we receive from the Infinite
are filtered by our tendency to try to control everything about the world, separating what we judge
"good" or "bad" for ourselves. The  information we get trough channeling has no words on it, we do not
get its meaning by our "brain" but through our whole being.

To feel those first level of informations
we have to be very receptive, very open to everything. It is why a
majority of people do not notice this continuous flow. They are too busy thinking! They do not notice it in the first
stages (non verbal stages) they notice it only when it comes through
the filters of their knowledge, this second stage is what I call

To give an example, yesterday, during the channeled part, I was answering the
question of a participant about how to overcome some apparent obstacles in her way. Suddenly, listening to her words with my  eyes closed I felt a baby playing
around her. So without any filter I could say directly : "I see a baby!" and
the person incredibly amazed says "Yes! Yes! This is part of the actual situation!".

If I had thought, "mmm...this baby is just an illusion, it may have no
relation with the question"  I would maybe have not reported my feeling. I would
maybe have tried to find answers inside my "own ideas". It still could have some
relationship with the original energy, but remixed with some of my knowledge.

During a "channeling" we just have to let the ideas flow like a download
in a computer without being critical about the contents, we just have to let it come out like a TV
program on a screen, without expectations.

But very often we do not accept this flow as it is, we more or less unconsciously do a selection and give it a "nice" shape, it
becomes what I call "Inspirations", a transformed pattern looking almost logical for us.

During a session of the Dojo since a few months ago, I started to feel the difference between the two
types of informations. Now it is generally clearly stated in my blogs as "Channeled
session" when I decide to channel. When it is a "normal session" or
"inspired" session I write nothing or mention "Normal session".

For example, this Sunday's session was "channeled" but the next one, on Sunday July 26 will be a "normal" class about Lifestyle Design on the subject : "How can we design a lifestyle?".

To be sincere, I must say that I personally feel "channeling" much
more enjoyable, relaxing and powerful than "inspiration" talk. I feel it like letting a child
express freely and I am very often amazed by what come out. Even for me channeling
is like listening to the words of somebody else and learning something new every time...

(Part 2 coming soon : "The Zero point")

例えば、7月26日日曜日に行われる 今度のセッションは、“ライフスタイルデザイン”についての“普通の“クラスです:“ライフスタイルをどのようにデザインするか?”

Happy massage to you!/あなたに、ハッピーマッサージ!

Yes, today I am reborn again one more time... A birthday is a new chance to start from zero but also a new year gives us the same chance, a new day also, a new hour, a new second, a new instant...

I got this very lovely and funny artwork from my Dear Jeannie (Translator of this blog, Creator, Mother, Witch and Angel,...) this morning. This cute image teaches me that I must joke even more...Thank you Jeannie for your talent and your love. I promise I'll do my best to improve my Joker's abilities (I'll take some more lessons in "dajare" & "Oyaji gags" ).

One year ago, one of our friends who does healing work with singing bowls gave me an healing session as a Birthday gift. It was my first experience of this kind of "gift in nature" and it was a very delightful experience. Because her birthday is also in June, yesterday I gave her the present of a "Body Tuning" session...

While doing the session" I was feeling so good, connected with her, with the mystery of life and with the Universe, I felt that it would make the world feel so good if many of us started to celebrate  friends birthdays with an "Happy massage to you!"...What do you think of this idea?

And this is not a joke!

Next PJ Creators Workshop : "The Law of Attraction"/次回PJクリエイターズ・ワークショップ:引き寄せの法則

With the hit movie "The Secret " what is called "The Law of Attraction" have become a well known keyword full of promises. And yes, it is the Key of the realization of our dreams and passions.

Because this is an universal law it is supposed to work without errors like any physical law but it still looks like some people have difficulty in getting results...Why?

The "Law of attraction" is not new, it was known since the beginning of times. In the past it was just understood by very few initiates and priests but now more and more people are able to understand it and use it.

Within a few years, this law will be used as easily as the Internet because it is already part of the capacities of our "mind". It is a potentiality of the universal Spirit and it already gives unusual results through what we call "miracles".

In fact, there is nothing "special" in it. You already use it every day. Every time you succeed in doing something , even in cooking pasta, you apply the "Law of Attraction"...

So why do you feel more difficult to use it for the "Big" things than for the small?

Imagine. When you will be able to use it for everything, small or big, you will become able to re-model, to re-design your reality according to your dearest dreams.

The next PJ Creators Workshop will be a Special Channeled Session about "How to use the Law of Attraction" in your everyday life...

The Dream of Ayano san /Ayanoさんの夢

Ayano san was 19 when she started to work with me at the "legendary" Centre Français des Arts in Shirokanedai. Her dream was already to open some day her own restaurant.

After working in all our shops, she explored other place like "Legato" in Shibuya, worked in wineries in Australia and France. Back to Japan, after a collaboration with Hiramatsu san in New Town and Daikanyama for a while she finally could make her "vision" become a reality. On 2009, May 30th, "Les rendez-vous de Tokyo", her first shop, was born.

"Les rendez-vous..." is a very cute trendy bistro and wine Bar, very well located in Nishi Azabu, at 5 minutes walk from Hiro-o station.

Today, with Yuri, we enjoyed the menu of "Chef Tsuru" (who also used to work with me at Le Jardin de Julien in Ebisu and Yokohama and at Bar Shuen in Nishi Azabu.) We had Bacon maki "amuse-bouche", "Tsuru style" salade niçoise with a delicious fresh basilic dressing, a very tasty Bouillabaisse, a home made confit de canette with beans, and last, for dessert, the very nostalgic Fondant au Chocolat "Patrice" style, a favorite signature dessert in all our shops.

The course was paired with incredibly good Australian wines Ayano san selected for us from the production of the winery where she worked.

Very reasonable prices, great food, good atmosphere, delicious wines,...the Dream of Ayano san looks so nice that I feel that very soon, to be sure to find a table at "Les rendez-vous" it will be better to reserve in advance...

"Great Success to Ayano-San and Chef Tsuru!

"When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you."
