１ヶ月の夏休みを経て、PJ道場は９月28日（日）から新しいサイクルが始まります。
セッションのテーマは『クリエーションの基本的なルール』


イマジネーション（想像）とクリエーション（創造）は道具です。
多くの人はイマジネーションとクリエーションはアーティストに与えられた特別な才能だと思っています。
気づいていないのは24時間で自分たちもイマジネーションを使って人生の物語を作りだしているということ。
朝起きたときの最初のアイデアからその日の洋服の選び方、ヘアスタイル、朝食、出掛けるための靴にいたるまで
すべてがクリエーション、それを現実と呼んでいます。

私たちはゼロからスタートしているからこそクリエーターなのです。
残念なことに多くの人が気づいていないのですが。

確認してみて。
今のあなたの周囲を全部見て。
これがあなたのクリエーション。
自分が創った世界。
ひとつづつのアイデアから、ひとつづつの言葉から、ひとつづつの真実から。
創ったこの世界はあなただけがコントロールし変えることができる。
この世界はサバイバルではなく、私たちの選択から成長するのです。

サバイバルは動物の世界の基本。
クリエーションは人間の世界の基本。
私たちのクリエーションは地球全体の意識に影響を与えます。

人生のうちで最もフラストレーションを感じるのはいつでしょう。
自分の表現したいライフスタイルを表現出来ないときです。
自分のストーリーが理想と合わないとき。
それはまさしく私たちの魂の渇望の証なのです。


クリエーションは贈り物や才能なんかじゃない。
一瞬一瞬の選択。
人生、自動的に生きるかクリエーションのルールを使うかのどちらかです。

After one month pause for Summer in August, the PJ Dojo will start a New Cycle Sunday 28th of September with a session about THE BASIC LAWS OF CREATION.

Imagination and creation are tools.

A majority of people think that "Imagination" and "Creation" are gifts a minority of humans called "artists" possess. They do not notice that 24 hours a day they are using their imagination to create the story of their life...
From the first thing we think when we wake up to the clothes we choose for the day, our hairstyle, our breakfast, the shoes we wear to walk out,...all is our personal creation and all becomes part of the story we call "reality".

We are all Creators because we all create from Zero...
But a lot of people do not realize it.
They think that they are just average beings and they have no choice.
They think that they have to do a job they do not like for survival.
They think that reality "IS"...
and they do not realize that reality is only their mirror.

Look at what is around you now :
IT IS YOUR CREATION.
ONLY THE RESULT OF WHAT YOU CREATED
THOUGHT BY THOUGHT
WORD BY WORD
BELIEF BY BELIEF.

YOU CREATED THIS WORLD
SO YOU HAVE CONTROL ON IT,
Do not think you have to survive this world
you are an active part of it's evolution.

Survival is the basic objective of the Animal world.
Creation is the basic objective of the Human world.
Our creative power is one of the tools of global consciousness evolution.

Think about your life, when do you feel the most frustrated.
I presume that it is when you do not create the life you would like,
when your story is not your "ideal story"...
This proves that creation is a vital need for our souls
and that it requires satisfaction.

Creation is true success!
I create according to my dreams.
To express fully what I really am
is true success
because it helps me awaken to what I AM.

It is not a gift or a talent,
it is a choice we have to make at every moment :
living on automatic navigation mode
or using the rules of creation...

What are the basic rules of creation?

What is the engine of our life? / 人生のエンジンとは？

The 16th of June 1952 my story started in Fez, Morocco
From this day to my 18th anniversary I had some choices but the great lines of my story were in the hands of my parents and my teachers.
Almost all the adults around me thought I would never do anything of my life because they considered I was always "Dreaming". For them "dreaming" was something negative...but I was already feeling that our Dreams are the deepest expression of our truth...

At 18, I did my first decisive adult choice when I left my family and moved from Morocco to study in Paris,
at 19, I married my first wife
at 27, with my 2 years Daughter we left France to work in Afghanistan
the same year we spent several months in India traveling,
at 29, I moved with my family to the Islands of Açores in Portugal teaching at the University and doing TV and Radio programs
at 32, I spent 1 year in Paris working for the communication of the  Ministry of Foreign affairs
at 33, I moved to Bangkok  in Thailand to work at the French Embassy

at 35, I came to Tokyo to work at the French Embassy
at 37, I published my first essay in France : "You are the hero of your life"
at 40, as an impact of my essay I divorced and moved from the Embassy to the Management of the Franco-Japanese Institute in Tokyo. During that period the Institute public grew from 2000 students to more than 4000
at 42, I published my first cooking book : France Ryori ABC and the book became a hit and it is now in its 27th edition
at 43, I published a book to introduce Le Creuset Cast Iron pan in Japan. Before my book the Japanese market has no interest for this French product, le Creuset was already in some shops but selling badly. Immediately the book became a hit and the "Le Creuset Boom" started. Until 2003 I actively supported the public relations of Le Creuset helping the brand to become one of the most famous Symbol of quality of lifestyle.
at 44, I opened my first restaurant in Shirokanedai
at 49, I owned 4 restaurants and a bakery shop in Tokyo and 1 café in Kobe
at 51, I decided to leave all my restaurants to develop a new concept : "The Lifestyle Design"...
at 54, one of my "Lifestyle Design" concepts, the Pipit Konro +DO I produced for Tokyo Gas introduced a revolution in the world of Japanese Gas ranges and got the Good Design Award...
at 56, I am now waiting for innovative real estate companies interested in a real humanistic revolution in the housing business.

I still write a lot, the result is that I have more than 45 books published in Japan and work on new concepts and emotional branding...
I enjoy my life fully...

How did I do all this?
I think that my life has always been activated by a very powerful engine : MY DREAMS!
But do not think that I am a special person, no,
all Humans are exacly like me...
You too...Remember. All what you did in this life until now came from your dreams,
ALL...
even the things you do not like today in your life...

No dream, no life!
That is a truth!
Because dreams are the expression of the power of life and everybody have dreams. The difference is that some people honor their dreams and others do not.

Our dreams are like a source of pure water, if we do not respect them they become polluted and sometimes it looks like they stop flowing...
This is the reason why many people feel bored with their Life...

So,
How can we honor our dreams?
How can we use them to move on in our life?

This will be the theme of the next session of the PJ Dojo, on the 27th of July : "HONOR YOUR DREAMS AND MOVE".

私のストーリーは、

モロッコを出て、勉強のためにパリへ行くこと。
19歳ではじめての結婚。
27歳のとき、２歳の娘を連れ仕事のためフランスからアフガニスタンへ向かいました、
そして同じ年、旅行でインドで数カ月過ごしました。
29歳、家族とともにポルトガルのアゾーレス諸島へ。大学で教えるため、そしてテレビ、ラジオ番組のため。
32歳、外務省の仕事でパリで１年過ごしました。
33歳、フランス大使館の仕事でタイのバンコクへ。

35歳、フランス大使館の仕事で東京に。
37歳、フランスではじめてのエッセイ”物語の主人公になる方法”を出版。
40歳、そのエッセイの影響で離婚、大使館員から東京の日仏学院のマネージメントへ転職。その当時、日仏学院の生徒は2000人から4000人へ増えました、
42歳、はじめての料理本”フランス料理ABC”を出版、本はヒット。今や27刷目。
43歳、日本へ”ルクルーゼ”のなべを紹介する本を出版。私のその本が出るまで、日本のマーケットはこのフランス製の鋳鉄なべに興味はありませんでした、当時ルクルーゼはいくつかのショップで販売されてはいましたが、あまりよい売られ方ではありませんでした。本はたちまちヒット、”ルクルーゼ・ブーム”が始まりました。2003年まで私は実質的にルクルーゼのPR活動をサポート、ルクルーゼが上質なライフスタイルのシンボル的なブランドのひとつに成長するお手伝いをしました。
44歳、白金台にはじめてのレストランをオープン。
49歳、東京の４つのレストランとパン屋、神戸のカフェのオーナーに。
51歳、レストランをすべて手放して新コンセプト”ライフスタイルデザイン”を発展させることを決心…
54歳、私の”ライフスタイルデザイン”コンセプトのひとつ、東京ガス「ピピッとコンロ＋Do」をプロデュース、日本のガスレンジ界に革命を引き起こし、グッド・デザイン賞を受賞…

First Kansaï Workshop / 初の関西ワークショップ

Very fine weather and nicel atmosphere for the first PJ Kansaï workshop.

On our arrival a beautiful basket of "AJISAI" welcomed us, it was a Birthday and welcome present from a  "Fairy" friend of us who lives in Tokyo.

素晴らしいお天気と趣ある会場に恵まれた、関西での初PJワークショップ。

到着するなり美しい”紫陽花”のフラワーバスケットがお出迎え、
というのも私の誕生日だったので、そして歓迎プレゼントということで
東京に住む”妖精”なお友達のひとりが送ってくれたんです。

In the middle of the flowers we found this small decoration reminding us another friend who lives in our garden...

花かごの真ん中に、 我が家のお庭に住むもうひとりのお友達を 思い出させる小さな飾りを発見…

As you can see, the atmosphere of the place was very comfortable.

ごらんのように、会場の雰囲気はとっても快適。

Those two days allowed us to share a very precious information.
I feel that all the participants experienced the "shift in consciousness" leading to the state of "Co- Creatorship".(1)
We wish them all the best...

In the future, we are thinking about having the same kind of sessions in other locations...Next one maybe OKINAWA...

この２日間私たちはとっても貴重なインフォメーションを分かち合いました。

"Art of Life" 291 style... / "生活はアート”291（フクイ）スタイル

This week we explored several very interesting faces of Fukui ken.

Last time we went there 3 years ago it was for a TV shooting about Zen Cooking, it was still winter and it was snowing, it was a very Spartan style visit.

This time we had a very enjoyable visit and we are able to say "No, Fukui Ken is not only a place for shugyo, on the contrary, it is also a place of Art de vivre and pleasure".

In relation with the talk shows and events at "291" in Aoyama Yuri and I decided to experience directly the "slow Life" aspect of the region of Fukui. With a perfect weather we had a chance to take a bath of deep nature. I  took a lot of pictures of this experience to share it with the guests of our party at 291.

今週は福井県をちょっと探検してきました。
私たちが最後に福井県を訪れたのは、３年前。
禅の食事についての番組の撮影でした。
季節は冬、雪が降っていて
スパルタ式といった感じに厳しい訪問でした。

今回はとっても楽しげ
”いや、福井県は森奥深くの修業の場っていうだけじゃなく、
快適なアール・ド・ヴィーヴルの場所でもあるんです”
と言えます。

"ふくい南青山291" のトークショウイベントの関係で
ユリとワタシは、福井県の”スローライフ”、
実際に経験することにしたんです。
完璧なお天気に恵まれて、大自然の中のお風呂のような感じでした。

6/28,29の291のパーティでお見せしますね。

"Learn how to cook your dreams?" in Kyoto/京都で夢の調理法を習いましょう

Kyoto! One of the best places to have the first PJ Creator's workshop in Kansai.

I am amazed to see that after one year of "PJ Imagination Dojo" almost all the participants experience important positive changes in their life. Everybody comes with his own questions, his own problems ; about health, about self expression, about work,...They do not talk about it but things happen naturally. As they apply the technique they learn, their reality changes and improve. For some of them it goes very fast, for others it takes longer but if they believe in what is taught  they always get impressive results!

In fact what I teach it is not something special. It is something I learned  from my experience in cooking food. During my 10 years as a Chef creating everyday a new menu I noticed that there is a process of creation and that it always work.

Here is the process:

Step 1 :

I feel I want to create a chocolate cake. It is just an idea in my mind. I imagine, the color, the taste, the texture, etc. it is my ideal.

Step 2 :

I ask the Universe for the ingredients, I shop what I need, and I do not have to create the sugar, to go in Africa or to south America to get my chocolate.

京都！
関西における最初のPJクリエイターワークショップのベストなロケーションでしょう。
PJイマジネーション道場が始まって１年ちょっと。
多くの参加者がライフスタイルの革命を感じています。
参加者の皆さんそれぞれが心の中で問題点、健康、自己表現、仕事などの疑問を持ち、
道場の場で自分を説明しなくても、習った方法を素直に使えば絶対に周囲の現実が変わります。
人によっては早く進む。
あるいはゆっくり。
どっちにしても結果を見ると、かなり驚くことになります。

教えることは難しくない。
料理するとき習った簡単なプロセス、
毎日違った新しいメニューを考えるという10年間のプロのシェフとしての経験からイマジネーションの働きに気づきました。
結果を出すにはいくつかの簡単なプロセスを踏むだけなんです。

ステップ１
「チョコレートケーキを作りたい」
そのときは単にひとつのアイデアにすぎません。
ディーティールの希望は色、ツヤ、味、食感などなど。
これが私のアイディアルなチョコレートケーキ。

ステップ２
ユニバースに材料を頼みます。
それは買い物に行けば自分で砂糖を作らなくても
アフリカや南米にチョコレートを探しに行かなくても済むのです。

I do not have to buy chickens to have eggs,

no, the Universe does it for me. I just have to be clear about what I want and ask for it.
That's all.

ニワトリを育てなくても卵を見つけます。
これら全部ユニバースからやってきます。
自分は選ぶだけ。

Step 3 :

I mix all, my hands move, my eyes look, my heart does the direction, I do nothing! I just watch!...Life works for me.

Then the gas is coming in my oven, I do not know from where I just know that when I turn the knob of my oven it starts warming!

ステップ３
材料を全部一緒に合わせます。
そして手を動かす。
目はじっと見つめて、心はまぜ加減を調整する。
自分では何もしません。
ただ意識をもつだけ。
それでも人生は動いています。
そして、どこから来たのかオーブンにはガスもついている。
ユニバース、ありがとう。

Thank you Life, Thank you Universe!

Step 4 :

Then I put my dream in the hot oven and...
I wait!
After a while it smells exactly like in my ideal choco cake!
My nose tells me : "It is ready!"

Step 5 :

I look inside the oven and yes, my eyes see that it looks ready.

My mouth moves and call my wife Yuri : "It is ready!"...
We prepare a cup of tea, sit on the terrace in front of our garden :

My dream is now a reality.

It is very easy isn't it?
Just a few steps to follow...
And you know, that is the practical technique for cooking any dream.
Until now, it allowed me to create anything I dreamed in my life!

This process is what I teach in the PJ Dojo :

"HOW TO COOK THE DREAMS"

During the Senzoku Ike Dojo we are limited to 3 hours a month for our practice.
In fact, to really understand and remember the basics of this "Art of cooking dreams" it is better to have a little bit more time. It is why the participants of the Tokyo PJ dojo get better and better results when they come regularly.

It is the reason why I decided to create this Kyoto Workshop. It is a "crash course" to help people learn and remember everything they need to know to start cooking delicious dreams!

Recently readers of our blogs called our office and asked :
- Is it a workshop about cooking?
I laughed and answered
- Yes, it is about cooking a tasty Life "...
This cooking technique is what I call "Lifestyle design".

And I am sure you already know that cooking something good suppose that you start first by trusting we all have a capacity to cook well.
N'est-ce pas ?

ステップ４
温かいオーブンに夢の生地を入れます。
そうしたら任せます。
しばらくしたら私のアイディアルなチョコレートケーキのかおりが現実に流れているのです。
私の鼻が「もう出来上がり！」と言っている。

ステップ５
オーブンの中を確認したら…はい、出来上がりました。
口が動いて妻のユリを呼びます。
「もう出来たよ！」
庭に面したテラスで紅茶をのみながら楽しみます。
私の夢はいま現実となりました。

簡単でしょう？
いくつかの簡単なステップのみなんです。
そしておもしろいことに、どういう夢でも調理法は同じということ…
今まで私の夢はすべてそうやって表現してきた。
このプロセスこそ、PJ道場の内容なのです。
夢の調理法。
洗足池の道場は１ヶ月に３時間しかありません。
しかし、本当にこれをマスターするには、もっと時間があるといいんです。
だからこそ日曜日道場のリピーター達はどんどん進んでいます。

そのような理由から京都ワークショップを企画しました。
クラッシュコース的なかんじで、どうやって美味しい夢を調理するかのトレーニングです。

最近ブログの読者から電話がありました。
「これは料理のワークショップですか？」
私は笑いながら「これは美味しい人生の料理教室です」と答えました。
美味しい人生の料理教室で作るのが、私の呼ぶ「ライフスタイル」なのです。

そして、みんな知っていることだけれど、
美味しいものを作る近道は「絶対にそれ出来る」と決めるのは大事なことです。

PJ Sushi workshop / PJ寿司ワークショップ

All around the world, the "sushi lifestyle" is getting very popular, healthy image, colorful, very graphic, to the eyes of foreigners sushis look like small pieces of art. It is maybe one of the the reason why even my Sister Nathalie who lives in the South of France near Montpellier wished to learn the basic of the technique of sushis.

Saturday she will reach Narita for one week in Japan  and as you already know if you are a regular visitor of this blog to make her dream come true  I organized a cooking atelier about how to make sushis next Tuesday 29th of April in a very charming "cooking loft" in Okusawa.

ヘルシーなイメージ、彩り、グラフィック的に
外国人にとっては小さなアートみたいに映るのです。
南仏はモンペリエ近くに住む私の妹ナタリーまでもが
お寿司を学びたがったわけのひとつかも。

土曜日にナタリーは来日、一週間滞在します
彼女の夢を実現すべく、来週の火曜日、29日に
奥沢のとっても素敵な”クッキング・ロフト”で
お寿司のクッキングアトリエを企画しました。

A Sushi shop in London...

Today, Yuri and I went to "Sushi Koshiki" one of our favorite sushiasan in Takanawadai where our Sushi teacher Mr Matsumoto officiates to decide together the details of the atelier. As I wrote in a past post, Mr Matsumoto will demonstrate all the basics of the "sushi" from cooking and seasoning rice to creating the different kind of sushis at home.

"鮨 子史貴（すし こしき）"に行き、アトリエの詳細を決めてきました。
以前書きましたように、松本さんは
調理の仕方、鮨飯の味付け、お家でできるお寿司のバリエ
”お寿司”の基本のすべてを披露します。

I choose to develop the concept of this atelier around 2 ideas "modern sushi style" and "Home party sushi"...So, after the basics and the techniques by Mr Matsumoto I will introduce some creative aspects : "Creative sushis" like "fusion temakizushi" (Grilled duck with yuzukosho sushi, Thai flavor,...),  "Euro-japanese gukanmaki" like "foie gras aburi gunkan" and some challenging desert sushis...using mochigome...

We will also work on the presentation of the sushi plates to create a nice impact during a party . We will use modern shape white plates and not traditional Japanese plates...I will introduce some simple plate decorating techniques (with seasonal flowers, leafs and sauces) and table setting details.

To make Earth Day an Heart Day / アースデイをハートデイに

Imagine 10 persons in a room,
they all make a very sad face

10人がひとつの部屋にいると想像して。 みんなとっても悲しい顔をしてます。

Then, ask one person to go out and invite a very smiling person to enter the room.

そこでその中のひとりに、外へ出ていってもらって ニコニコ顔の他の人に部屋に入ってもらいましょう。

What happens in the room? 部屋の中には何が起こるでしょう？

Now, imagine another person in the room starts smiling...

また他の人が部屋に入ってきてニコニコすると想像して…

Then imagine 3 persons smiling, 4, then 5...Don't you think the atmosphere (fuinki) in the room is different? Now imagine the same thing in the trains, in the offices, in the supermakets, what would happen?

Now imagine at the scale of our planet Earth...Imagine 1 million people focusing on the area of their heart and breathing through this area during 2 minutes while remembering a moment of happiness they experienced in their life (contemplating a sunset or walking in nature or feeling good with a person they like,...).

a very simple process isn't it ?:

1) Focus on your heart area

2) Breathe quietly through this area in the middle of your breast

3) Feel a good emotion

4) Let that emotion radiate outside from your heart like if you were the Sun. Keep feeling this during 2 minutes.

This meditation is suggested by the HeartMath Institute* in the US to celebrate the "Earth Day" on the 22 of April. I am a member of the HeartMath Institute and I thought that many readers of my blog would be interested by this experience.

The workshop will be about : "Use your thoughts to manifest your dreams".
This program is very practical. It will for the first time present all together what I taught during 2007 in the "Imagination Dojo", I give here some questions we will answer during the sessions :

Patrice Julien meets sushi... / PJ meets 寿司…

My sister Nathalie sent me a mail a few months ago because she was planning to enroll in a workshop to learn how to make sushis.

A workshop about sushi in the South of France! I immediately answered, please STOP! I must confess that I would never eat sushis in another country than Japan! I said to Nathalie OK, I will set up a sushi workshop for you when you come in Japan.

It is the reason why I created the sushi workshop on the 29th of this month. I have been a great fan of "Sushi Koshiki" in Takanawadai (Near my former restaurant CFA) so I asked Mr Matsumoto the Sous-Chef of Sushi Koshiki to teach us the basics of traditional sushi...My Sister Nathalie will be the guest student...(But she does not speak Japanese at all)

お寿司の作り方を習うワークショップに参加するつもりだと知らせて来ました。

すぐに私はやめて！と返信、
実は私、日本以外でお寿司食べたことないんですけど！

The birth of PJ workshop in Osaka. How the creation of a reality happens. / PJワークショップin大阪、誕生。現実の幸せを作り出す方法。

This morning, my cat awoke me at 4 in the morning because she wanted to go out for a jogging session. This happens every morning and usually I open the door in an half sleeping state and go instantly back to bed to finish my night. But this morning I was feeling particularly awake so I decided to do my Zazen.

今朝、朝の４時、我が家の猫が私を起こしました
彼女はお外にジョギングに行きたかったんですね。
これは毎朝のことで、いつも私は寝ぼけ眼で
扉を開けてやると、最後までおやすみなさいするために
すぐにベッドに戻るのです。
でも今朝は私、
ぱっちり目が冷めてしまったので、
坐禅を組むことにしました。

Before starting, I did a quick check of my mails and found a message of an unknown  person of Osaka asking me if I was planning an "imagination" workshop there... Until then I had no plan but...it's how ideas come to us...,  I thought : "Why not?". And immediately the title of the workshop came out : "Change your ideas, change your life".

Then the next step was the length of the workshop. To get really deep results 12 hours would be good...So the best plan would be a  Saturday from 10 to 13 and from 14h30 to 17h30. Same thing on Sunday. What would be the good period? Next June.

Wow! In 10 minutes the Osaka workshop was born.

The next step is to bring those ideas into the 3D world, the level called "reality"...I am sure a reader of this blog will help me do that.  I need a place with a good atmosphere that can welcome around 20 persons and if possible with carpet or tatamis...Easy isn't it?

So please, If you live in Osaka or Kobe and know a nice place to have the workshop, please inform us at bureau@patricejulien.com .

And if you live in Osaka, Kobe or Kyoto, be ready for the workshop...As soon as all the details are clear I will publish the information in this blog.

The Joy of cooking / クッキングの喜び

As I announced, I will start some cooking ateliers this month.

The first one is about "Learning how to make your own sushis"...
For this session I will have a guest, a very good Japanese "Itamae", Mr Matsumoto. He will teach how to cook and season sushi rice,how to roll maki sushis and make different kind of basic sushis (gunkan maki, oshizushi, marizushi,...)

お知らせしましたように今月からクッキング・アトリエをスタートします。

いちばんはじめのクラスは”あなたのお寿司の作り方”です…
このクラスでは、ゲストが登場、日本人の”板前”さん、
ミスター松本です、お寿司の作り方とすし飯の作り方、巻き寿司の巻き方と、ベーシックなお寿司のバリエーションを教えてくれます。（軍艦巻き、押し寿司、鞠寿司などなど）

I will then present some variations of PJ Style sushis... and give some suggestions about pairing french wine with sushi.

The demonstration will be followed by personal practice and then we will make a paired testing of sushi with wine.

The second atelier will be the first one of a serie around "Herbs and spices". I will do this atelier in collaboration with my Sister Nathalie who lives in the south of France and is a very good cook as you can see in her blog. We will make the demonstration of a full course using herbs.

After the demonstration we will share a lunch together with all the participants.

Next PJ Dojo sessions / 次回 PJ道場

This Sunday, the subject of PJ Dojo will be : " The creative power of words and ideas". This is related with something called in Japanese "Kotodama" (It is the name of my new blog in English).

今週の土曜日の PJ道場、テーマは
”言葉とアイディアのクリエイティブ・パワー”。
日本語でいうところの”言霊”（これは私ののタイトル 英語の新ブログ)）
と関係があります。

Humans spend their days thinking and talking without noticing that every thought and every word give a shape to the world according to the Law of cause and effect.

It is something so evident that people do not notice this impact.
For example, if you think "It is impossible" how can you at the same time believe "It is possible"? And if we try to find why we give up some of our dreams, what do we discover?
- That we thought it was "impossible"...and what is "impossible"? It is just an idea in our mind, a simple word that rejects another possibility expressed by this other idea : "It is possible"...See how simple it is?

What you think and say is what you become....That is the only rule...And we will learn how to use it this Sunday.

人は全ての考えや言葉が、
原因と結果の法則にのっとって
世界を形づくっているということに気付かないで、
考えたり話したり。

あまりにも当たり前だから、これに気付かない。
たとえば、”できない”と考えるなら、
同時に”できる”と考えることができる？
そしてもし、私たちが夢をあきらめるとしたら、
何を見つけることができる？

できないと考えたら、なにができる？
できないっていうのは、それはただの心の中の考えで
”できる”という他のアイディアをはねつける言葉。
…簡単なこと。

あなたが思って口にすることは、あなたが実現すること…

Then the next session of my Dojo will be on 27th of April.
The theme will be about "Feminine and Masculine Energy".
I think it is a very important subject because it is one of the keys of what we call "LOVE". During this session I will show you how to experience the "feminine" and the "masculine" energy inside yourself because it is the place where it starts. Then you will be able to understand how those two forces can be used consciously to affect your reality.

テーマは”女性と男性のエネルギー”。
これは私たちが”愛”と呼ぶものの鍵のひとつ
とても重要なもの。

道場では”女性”と”男性”のエネルギーを
自身の中で、経験する方法を紹介します。
なぜならここから全部出てくる。
これらふたつの力が、実際のあなたの毎日の生活に
いかに影響するのか、わかるはず。

Then May session will be a very special one about "How to communicate with the Mineral and Vegetal kingdom".
Recently more and more people get interested in "Power stones" and other people feel attracted by "Gardening".
Why?
I Personnally have those passions too and I discovered through my experience that It is not only a trend. Stones, plants and pets have something particular they can teach us, something about love and globality.

During this session I will introduce practically the processes I use to communicate with stones and plants the same way we communicate with friends and parents.

All our life comes from ideas / すべてのライフはアイディアから

Did you notice how we create our life?
Only from ideas
our ideas
or other people ideas...
Our everyday life is made of ideas.

We want to drink a tea,
We want to marry,
we want to travel,
anything we want...
all, absolutely all
all comes from our mind...
all is made of ideas
transformed in realities.

And then, from the ideas how do we move on?
How do we get what we want?
Our imagination does the work.
Our imagination creates new ideas we call "solutions.

We do not have to think about it,
we just ask the question and our imagination will find the answer
like a computer finds an answer in a database,
The Universe is a big computer and our imagination knows how to use it.

That's easy, isn't it? The only thing we have to do is to decide what we want and let our imagination work on the solutions.

If it is so easy, why do so many people do not get what they dream？
Why do so many people fight to succeed but do not get successful?
Because they think too much!
Hahahaha...

Because nobody taught them how to cooperate with their imagination.

Do you want to know how this simple process works?
It is the basic teaching of the "Imagination Dojo"?

お茶が飲みたいなあ

旅に出たいなあ
なんていう みんなの願いは

心からやって来る…
すべてはアイディアから生まれて
リアルなものに変身していくんですね。

アイディアから出発して
そのあと どうすればよいの？
イマジネーションが働けば
イマジネーションは”答え”という
新しいアイディアを作り出してれるんですね。

わたしたちは それについて考えなくてよくて
ただイマジネーションに問うだけ。
イマジネーションは
答えを見つけてくれます。
コンピューターがデータベースから
答えを見つけるように。
宇宙は大きなコンピューターで
わたしたちのイマジネーションは
それ、どんなふうに使ったらよいか
わかっているから。

ほら、かんたんでしょ？
やらなきゃいけないのは
ただ 何がほしいのか
何を願っているのか
イマジネーションを働かせるだけ。

それが そんなにお茶の子さいさい
かんたんだとしたら
どうして多くの人たちは 夢を迷ってしまうのんだろうね？
どうしてうまくやろうとがんばっているのに
成功しないのだろう？
それは考えすぎるからだよ！
ハハハハ…

誰もイマジネーションとの共同作業のやり方を
教えてくれないからね。

そのやり方 わかっちゃう。

Meeting Fujisan and Yamanakako / 富士山＆山中湖も みんなで集合

A perfectly visible Fujisan and a blue sky for the start of our workshop organized by Be Good Café on last Saturday.

富士山と真っ青なお空がお目見えする中、 先週の土曜日 ビーグッドカフェによる私たちのワークショップ 開催されました。

Chimney with dancing flames, wooden atmosphere, cushions, nice music, gentle staff, all the conditions were perfect for our two days work on "Bridging dreams and reality".

Already after one hour it was like if the group,  lake Yamanaka and Mount Fuji melted together in a big, soft and loving bubble of energy.

At the end of the first session (2:30 to 6:00 PM) the participants assembled around an extraordinary buffet prepared by the kitchen staff of the Pica Cencer. All participants already feeling like a family having a joyful home party.

Next day at 7:00 in the morning we went to say "Good Morning" to the lake Yamanaka and Mount Fuji, it was very cold but the atmosphere was as you can imagine from those pictures.

炎踊る暖炉、手作りの暖かい雰囲気、
クッション、素敵な音楽、心やさしいスタッフ
２日間のワークショップ”夢とリアリティのかけはし”のための
すべてのコンディションはパーフェクト。

最初のセッションの終わりに（午後2:30〜6:00）
ピカ・センターのキッチン・スタッフさんたちによる
素晴らしいビュッフェを味わいました。
参加者のみなさんは打ち解けて すでにファミリーのような感じ
楽しいホームパーティみたいでした。

次の日の朝7:00、山中湖と富士山に”おはよう”を言いに行きました。
とっても寒かったんです、
その時の雰囲気は
